Breed restrictions apply.
An additional deposit and fee will be required for animals accepted within the acceptable weight limits. Unless proper documentation is provided in advance that the pet is a service animal and reasonable accommodation has been requested. Violation of this policy could lead to eviction proceedings.
A current picture of your animal must be provided prior to move in date.
The animal must be on a leash at all times when outside the dwelling.
Animals are not to be left unattended on patios or staked outside.
No "exotic" animals allowed (i.e. reptiles, ferrets, pigs, etc.)
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment unless otherwise authorized by written permission from management.
No pets will be allowed in the pool area.
All pet owners must pick up after their pets. A fine not to exceed $200.00 will be charged for not picking up after your pet.
